Columbus home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Columbus rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 50.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 716 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 475 homes sold in Columbus in January 2017.
