Worthington home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Worthington fell by $59,150 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,100 - a 14.7% decrease over the $401,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Worthington in March 2017.
