Bexley home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Bexley rose by $136,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 58.6% increase over the $233,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Bexley in March 2017, as well.
