Columbus home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Columbus rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 745 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 614 homes sold in Columbus in April 2017.
