Columbus home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Columbus rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 836 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 777 homes sold in Columbus in May 2017.
