Upper Arlington home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 12% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Upper Arlington in June 2017.
