Grandview Heights home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Grandview Heights rose by $100,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grandview Heights in June 2017.
