Grandview Heights home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Grandview Heights fell by $84,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $473,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Grandview Heights in July 2017.
