Columbus home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Columbus rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 844 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 7.1% increase over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 877 homes sold in Columbus in August 2017.
