Upper Arlington home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $7,167 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $373,833 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Upper Arlington in September 2017.
