Grandview Heights home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Grandview Heights rose by $51,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $369,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grandview Heights in September 2017, as well.
