Columbus home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Columbus rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 14.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 653 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 11.2% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 763 homes sold in Columbus in September 2017.
