Grandview Heights home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Grandview Heights rose by $39,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $456,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $417,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview Heights in October 2017.
