Upper Arlington home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $52,500 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $322,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Upper Arlington in November 2017.
