Columbus home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Columbus rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 655 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 737 homes sold in Columbus in November 2017.
