Bexley home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Bexley rose by $169,550 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 66.4% increase over the $255,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bexley in January 2018.
