Grandview Heights home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Grandview Heights fell by $39,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 9% decrease over the $439,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Grandview Heights in January 2018.
