Upper Arlington home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $26,250 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $441,250 - a 6.3% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Upper Arlington in February 2018.
