Columbus home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Columbus rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 644 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 716 homes sold in Columbus in January 2018.
