Grandview Heights home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Grandview Heights fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $348,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grandview Heights in February 2018.
