Grandview Heights home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Grandview Heights fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Grandview Heights in March 2018.
