Columbus home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Columbus rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 719 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 0.4% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 765 homes sold in Columbus in March 2018.
