Upper Arlington home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Upper Arlington fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 69%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,100 - a 6.1% decrease over the $452,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Upper Arlington in May 2018.
