Columbus home prices unchanged in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Columbus was unchanged while total sales increased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 840 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000. There were 836 homes sold in Columbus in May 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $150,000.
