Columbus home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Columbus rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 791 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 820 homes sold in Columbus in June 2018.
