Columbus home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Columbus fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 897 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 856 homes sold in Columbus in July 2018.
