Columbus home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Columbus rose by $14,450 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 824 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,950 - a 9.2% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 844 homes sold in Columbus in August 2018.
