Grandview Heights home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Grandview Heights rose by $54,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 13% increase over the $420,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grandview Heights in September 2018.
