Columbus home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Columbus rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 745 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 653 homes sold in Columbus in September 2018.
