Columbus home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Columbus rose by $6,950 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 703 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 4.5% increase over the $152,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 772 homes sold in Columbus in October 2018.
