Upper Arlington home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 12% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Upper Arlington in November 2018.
