Grandview Heights home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Grandview Heights fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,750 - a 0.6% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Grandview Heights in January 2019.
