Upper Arlington home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Upper Arlington fell by $40,153 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $397,153 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Upper Arlington in March 2019.
