Grandview Heights home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Grandview Heights rose by $82,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $497,750 - a 19.9% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview Heights in March 2019.
