Columbus home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Columbus rose by $14,900 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 554 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 11.9% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 644 homes sold in Columbus in January 2019.
