Columbus home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Columbus rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 574 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 14% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 554 homes sold in Columbus in February 2019.
