Later that day, Click discussed his perspective on press coverage regarding youth gender issues. He wrote: "Ironically, I’ve not received one call from the press to respond to this great news. The best way to support youth confused about their gender is to provide genuine mental health support and allow them to grow up with their bodies intact. Regret and suicide increases after"
