The following day, August 20, he reflected on a recent visit to the White House. Santucci posted, "Yesterday I toured the White House. JFK has long been one of my favorite presidents—his optimism and vision for America continue to inspire me in my work as a state representative. Seeing his portrait in person was moving and a reminder of service and hope."
On August 21, Santucci discussed participating in a policy conference with fellow Ohio legislators in Washington D.C., stating, "Enjoyed my time in D.C. with fellow Ohio legislators for a productive White House policy conference with Cabinet Secretaries Zeldin, Lutnik, and Kennedy and administration officials. Grateful for the collaboration to keep Ohio and America moving forward!"
