Representative Josh Williams, who serves Ohio's 41st House District, posted a series of statements on August 18, 2025, addressing recent events and political developments in Northwest Ohio.

In a post published at 11:40 a.m. UTC, Williams reflected on his participation in a faith-based event with the local baseball team. He wrote, "Humbled by the glory and praise at yesterday’s 2025 Faith in the Stadium with the Toledo Mud Hens. We will continue to lift His name high and bring glory to God everywhere we are present."

Later that day at 3:49 p.m. UTC, Williams announced an endorsement for his congressional campaign. He stated, "Honored to earn the endorsement of former Toledo Mayor & Fire Chief Mike Bell in the OH-9 GOP primary. Mayor Bell’s leadership shaped Toledo, and I’m grateful for his trust as we continue to deliver results for Northwest Ohio. "

At 4:37 p.m. UTC, Williams commented on Senator Sherrod Brown's career and future elections: "Sherrod Brown seems to have decided that it was simply unthinkable to have a salary not funded by the taxpayers for the first time in his life. Ohio rejected this failed career politician 2024 and we will again in 2026."

Josh Williams is currently serving as State Representative for Ohio's 41st House District after being elected in November 2022.
