Congressman Mike Carey, representing Ohio's 15th District, recently took to social media to announce this year's Congressional Art Competition. Carey shared his participation in selecting high school artwork to be displayed in the U.S. Capitol. As part of this initiative, he extends the invitation to the wider public to partake in the selection process by voting for the "People's Choice Award" from a list of nominees. Mike Carey, aged 52, was born in Sabina, Ohio, and currently resides in Columbus. He began serving in the U.S. Congress after replacing Steve Stivers in 2021. A graduate of Ohio State University, Carey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree earned in 1993.
