Rep. Joyce Beatty, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Ohio's 3rd district since 2013, has recently shared her thoughts on various topics through social media posts. Beatty, who succeeded Mike Turner in this role, has been active in public service since her time in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1999 to 2008.

On January 21, 2025, Rep. Beatty congratulated the Ohio State Football team for their victory in the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship. Later that day, Beatty extended her congratulations to the Ohio State Dance Team for winning the 2025 UDA Jazz National Championship. She praised their "flawless choreography" and "impeccable technique," acknowledging their dedication and how it was evident during their performance. On January 22, 2025, Rep. Beatty addressed President Trump's actions regarding federal DEI programs. She announced that a statement had been released concerning what she described as an "autocratic purge" of these programs and those implementing them.
