On January 22, 2025, Rep. Beatty expressed concern over the impact of the GOP's policies on American freedoms, particularly focusing on reproductive rights. She stated, "Far too many Americans are being denied their fundamental freedoms because of the GOP’s extreme agenda. Overturning #RoevWade left millions without access to essential health care." Beatty affirmed her support for the Reproductive Freedom Caucus in defending these rights.

The following day, January 23, 2025, Rep. Beatty highlighted a gap in the Financial Services Committee's oversight plan regarding diversity efforts by federal regulators under the Dodd-Frank Act.
