The Ohio State University Marching Band, also known as TBDBITL, entertained the audience with a zoo-themed performance during the halftime of the Buckeyes' game against Purdue University. The band played a selection of animal-themed songs, such as "Carnival of the Animals," "Baby Elephant Walk," "Born to Run," "The Monkey Song," "Eye of the Tiger," and "Hungry Like a Wolf." The formations included representations of an elephant, a lion, and a monkey.
In addition to the musical performance, there was a tribute for Veterans Day. A large flag presentation took place on the field accompanied by a flyover featuring two C-130 aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base. On-field enlistment ceremonies were also conducted as part of the tribute.
Max Cogswell, a business administration student from Marietta, Ohio, had the honor of being Saturday's i-dotter.
