Chief Grile serves as a student mentor and has been involved in a number of community organizations.

“I am excited for the opportunity to join the Worthington Division of Police,” said Chief Grile. “I think it will be a great fit and I look forward to assisting the City during this transition.”

“We are fortunate to welcome Chief Grile to our team,” said Acting City Manager Robyn Stewart. “He is an experienced law enforcement professional who will bring strong leadership to the Division during this transitional period.”
