This 21+ fundraiser and festival will require pre-registration ($50) through Eventbrite with fees going directly to BCF. The festival will include the poker fundraiser and additional activities for the participants such as a yard game room, craft room, and Bexley Historical Society display. Day of walk-ins will also be accepted at the door for $75 per person. Re-Buys will be offered through 9:00 pm as well as a one-time add-on fee at the break.
BCF will receive 50% of the player fees (including Re-Buys and Add-Ons). The remaining 50% will go towards the prize money for the final table with a percentage based break-down for the payout of 1st – 8th place. Food and drinks (non-alcohol) will be included in the player fee. Beer will be available for purchase at the bar.
Early-Bird Registration is $50/player through January 26, 2023. Day of Registration will be available at the door for $75/player. Visit bexley.org/poker for more details or to register!
