Calling all local artists! Let's think outside the box!
The City is looking for local artists to help us bring life to otherwise stagnant traffic control boxes through a Traffic Control Box Art Project. If selected for the project, you will be awarded $500 and your artwork will be translated into a 2D vinyl wrap, to be installed on traffic control boxes throughout the Whitehall community.
