Of the 8,254 people living in Grandview Heights in 2020, 45.2 percent (3,729) were women and 54.8 percent (4,525) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Columbus News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 905. In the 65 and over age range, there were 538 females and 411 males.
