Franklin County Public Health issued the following announcement on Feb 16.
The Columbus Community Air Monitoring Project team is making serious progress! The team installed 19 PurpleAir monitors in neighborhoods across Franklin County. These monitors will collect one year of data that will help us and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) understand the differences in air pollution levels neighborhood to neighborhood throughout Franklin County.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this project by volunteering to host a monitor.
