Ohio's Hospice of Central Ohio issued the following announcement on Feb 9.
As part of our Focused Care™ program, Ohio’s Hospice is now offering the Advanced Cardiac Care Program throughout Ohio. The Advanced Cardiac Care program is a new resource that is being made available through collaboration with American Heart Association Heart Association (AHA) and the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI).
Our care team at Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio plays an important role in delivering superior cardiac care to the patients we serve. They help those with heart disease manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. During the month of February, we’re observing American Heart Month.
