The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 86 S Terrace Ave., Columbus was sold on Nov. 17 by Ernest and Gloria Larbi and Gloria Nketia for $155,000. The buyers were Natalie Elizabeth Jude and Mallory Corinne Wolgamot.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 16, 2013. It last sold for $1,500.

So far in November 2021, 266 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 86 S Terrace Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly E McMahon, 27, Leeanna E Saunders, 33, Leslie a Norvell, 40, and Barbara a Norvell, 40.
